18 Black-Owned Jewelry Lines to Elevate Your Style Game

Spread the love

I’ve always had a natural affinity for accessories. I love shoes, bags, hats, scarves, belts, etc. more than anyone else I know. But one extra outfit touch has always stood above the rest for me: jewelry. My little T.J. Maxx jewelry organizer is constantly overflowing with statement earrings, dainty gold chains, hoops in every finish, and layering bracelets–and yet, I am always seeing more that I just have to have.

That was definitely the case this week when, as I researched and discovered Black-owned small businesses to support, I came across countless truly amazing jewelry brands—and I knew that I needed to share them with as many people as possible. Not only did I text my friends links to what seems like a million necklaces and DM my sister “just one more pair of earrings” at least 10 times, but I also wanted to round them up for my fellow jewelry-loving Everygirls.

So prepare your wallet and Instagram follow button, and check out these 18 awesome Black-owned jewelry brands:

1. Swanky Designs

Handmade clay and brass jewelry for when you want to make a statement.

2. Oma the Label

3. Simply Artrageous

“May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.” -Nelson Mandela . . As I enter our second month in quarantine I am running on hope. Hope that my community, family and friends will stay strong. Hope that people will continue to follow social distancing guidelines. Hope that the virus will stop killing and effecting the metal wellness of our country. As I see all the flowers blooming and the trees coming back to life that was the sign I needed that my hope is not in vain! . . . Shop our collection at www.jamandrico.
